OUR STAFF

  • It is mandatory to maintain a distance of 1.5 meters (5 feet) from each person.
  • Wash your hands every 30 minutes or every time if necessary, after you blow your nose, cough, scratch, use the restroom, handle money or raw food, door knobs or any equipment.
  • The use of mouth covers it’s mandatory for all employees of Puerta Cortés.
  • Gloves must be use in activities like washing and drying white laundry, folding napkins, cleaning plates and dishes, while delivering amenities to rooms.
  • Will apply health procedures and will ask everyone to measure their temperatures as a healthy protocol.

OUR GUESTS

  • Will ask guests permission to measure their temperature as a safety measure. In case of presenting symptoms they will be asked to go for a medical check up and inform manager.
  • At arrival of new guests will advice them will desinfect their luggage.
  • Will make sure the use of disinfecting mat for shoes is applied at arrival of guests.
  • Will offer and provide disinfectant hand sanitizer after arrivals, after using a vehicle: shuttle, taxi, golf cart or car.
  • Each guest will be provided with a personal hygiene and disinfectant kit.
  • The number of people permitted in elevators is reduced.
  • We have installed clear acrylic protection barriers at our registration desks and floor markers to promote physical distancing.

HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT

  • Signs will be placed on the floor so we can keep our distance from each other in areas were rows of people are made.
  • Every 3 hours or less if necessary will clean with sanitizer the surfaces, equipment or objects commonly use.
  • Perform deep cleaning of each air conditioner with proper sanity products.
  • Will strengthen on the application and supervision of levels of chlorine in the swimming pools.
  • Will supervise the use of hygiene gel on employees, suppliers and visitors prior from entering facilities.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

  • Assisted breakfast buffet.
  • All food must be served from the kitchen and guests will access the menu using a QR code on their cellphones.
  • The tablecloths will be sanitize after the shift, and the tablecloth and napkin holders will be replace after shift.
  • Each tray will be sanitize and wash with chlorine after each shift.
  • Will disinfect with sanitizer the tables, chairs, arms rests, centerpiece after each shift.
  • 70% of capacity in restaurants.
  • Room Service will be delivered at the door.
